We read the real application form
For each job you pick, ApplyFalcon opens the company's own application form and lists every question on it, including the custom ones.

Answers are filled in for you
Contact details come from your profile, repeat questions from answers you've saved, and AI drafts the rest (like “Why do you want to work here?”) using only facts from your profile.

You review and approve
Anything AI isn't sure about is highlighted. Fix it, and tick “remember” so you never answer it again. Nothing is sent until you approve.

ApplyFalcon fills in the company's form and submits it, one application at a time at a normal pace. You get a screenshot of every form we send.
What ApplyFalcon will never do
- Invent experience, skills, degrees or numbers that aren't in your profile
- Answer gender, ethnicity, disability or veteran questions for you (we choose “prefer not to say” where it's offered)
- Tick legal acknowledgements unless you've turned that on
- Send an application you haven't approved
- Get past “prove you're human” checks: if a form asks for one, we hand it to you with your answers ready to copy
Good questions
Which job sites does auto-apply work on today?
Company career sites that use Greenhouse or Lever, which covers thousands of companies such as Stripe, Airbnb, Groww, Paytm, Databricks and MongoDB. Jobs you can auto-apply to have an “Auto-apply” badge. More application systems, and a browser extension for LinkedIn, Indeed and Naukri, are on the way.
What if a form asks something you can't answer?
It lands in “Questions waiting for you”. Answer it once and it fills every application that asks the same thing, now and in the future.
What happens if the company's site asks me to prove I'm human?
We never try to get around those checks. The application is marked “Finish on company site”, with a link to the form and a button to copy all your answers, so it takes you a minute.
Some forms send a security code to my email. What then?
ApplyFalcon keeps the form open for 10 minutes and shows a box on your review screen. Type in the code from the email and we finish sending it.
How do I know an application really went through?
Every sent application is saved in your tracker with a screenshot of the completed form. If the company's site didn't confirm it, we tell you to check your email instead of assuming it worked.
